Digital Learning Week Scotland 11th-17th May

 

National Digital Learning Week is a week-long event run by Education Scotland. Throughout the week pupils were encouraged to use digital technology during their lessons and when sharing their learning.  Here’s just a selection of work some classes of how some classes have used technology in their lessons.

Mòd Ionadail Dhùn Èideann 2022

The deadline for entry is this Friday! Entry to  Mod competitions costs £2. You can enter via this link to the Edinburgh Mod website. There, you will find the entry forms under the tab ‘HYBRID MOD 2022’. You will need to download the entry form to fill it in.

The competition numbers can be found in the syllabus. If you are entering competitions we haven’t been learning in class you will need to find the details there. The pieces we have been learning in class are

  • Poetry Recitation, Botannan Dearg aig Mairi, competition number J13
  • Solo Singing Mixed, Mo Chorragan, competition number J01 .

Both the Poetry and the Solo competitions are in-person and will take place on Friday 27th & Saturday 28th May 2022 at Morningside United Church, 15 Chamberlain Road, Edinburgh EH10 4DH.
